TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope of Services & Products

AL Sajer IT Solutions W.L.L provides security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarms, EAS Anti-Theft Systems), home automation, structured cabling, PABX telephone systems, and related IT solutions.

 All system specifications, quotes, and proposals are subject to change based on actual site surveys and client requirements.

 Product descriptions and images on our website are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual products.

2. Quotation, Orders, & Payments

Quotations: - All price quotes provided by us are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise in writing.

Payment Terms: - Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is required before the commencement of any project or supply of equipment. The balance payment is due immediately upon completion of installation or delivery.

Late Payments: - We reserve the right to suspend ongoing services or withhold equipment ownership until all outstanding invoices are cleared.

3. Customer Responsibilities & Site Access

For projects involving installation (e.g., CCTV, structured cabling, EAS systems):

 The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises during scheduled working hours.

 The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary building permits, landlord approvals, or government authorizations required for the installation.

 The client must provide stable electricity, proper containment/conduits (if not included in the quote), and a functioning internet/network connection where remote surveillance or system management is requested.

4. Warranties & Maintenance

Equipment Warranty: - Hardware and equipment supplied by AL Sajer IT Solutions are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty (typically 1 to 2 years, depending on the brand).

Workmanship Warranty: - We provide a limited warranty on our installation services for a period specified in the service agreement/contract.

Exclusions: - Warranties do not cover damage caused by unauthorized tampering, power fluctuations, natural disasters, accidents, or misuse by the client or third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we install high-quality security systems to deter theft and unauthorized access, AL Sajer IT Solutions W.L.L does not guarantee that our systems cannot be bypassed or compromised.

 We shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss of business, data loss, or financial loss resulting from system downtime, network failures, or security breaches.

6. Compliance with Bahrain Laws (CCTV Regulations)

 The client is responsible for ensuring that the placement of CCTV cameras and surveillance equipment complies with all local privacy laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Bahrain (including the Ministry of Interior/Security Systems Directorate directives).

 AL Sajer IT Solutions W.L.L will not install cameras in areas where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy (e.g., restrooms, changing rooms).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, text, and graphics on this website are the intellectual property of AL Sajer IT Solutions W.L.L. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any materials without our prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revision date.
